Our Story

Beginning

The Diamond Oasis was founded by a couple who couldn't find an engagement ring that matched their love, values, and financial goals.

A young man, seeking the perfect ring for his now-wife, was shocked by the inflated prices and questionable origins of mined diamonds. He discovered lab-grown diamonds, which are 100% real and ethically made — and later realized that when clients still dreamed of natural diamonds, they could also be sourced responsibly, only through trusted first-party partners in Canada. He purchased one from a trusted manufacturer in Belgium and had it custom set at a friend's workshop in Beirut.

The newlyweds, who paid a reasonable price for their ethically made ring, invested in building their future and traveling the world.

They realized that other modern couples with similar values could benefit from the same experience — whether through lab-grown diamonds or, when requested, carefully sourced natural diamonds.

And so, The Diamond Oasis was born!

Lab-grown and Natural (Mined) Diamonds

eAt The Diamond Oasis, we primarily specialize in lab-grown diamonds, offering young people stunning and ethical diamonds certified and graded by the International Gemology Institute. These diamonds are not only beautiful and enduring a lifetime but also more affordable than mined diamonds, allowing you to preserve your savings and invest in what truly makes sense and matters. 

Yet we also understand that some clients have always dreamed of a natural diamond. For them, we provide by-request sourcing only, working with trusted first-party partners in Canada who uphold the highest ethical and quality standards. We do not trade or hold stock of mined diamonds — each stone is sourced individually to reflect our values of trust and integrity.

We offer a wide range of jewellery, including rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pins, you name it! But designing custom engagement rings is our true passion. We collaborate intimately with our clients to craft the perfect ring that reflects their love story , and their values.

Open letter from the CEO

Dear valued customers,

When I decided to propose to the love of my life, the search for an engagement ring wasn’t straightforward.

While the more traditional view of an engagement ring centered on it being an investment worth several salaries, for us, it was a different story. Instead of focusing solely on the highest luxury and investment offered by mined diamond brands, our priority lay in the sentimental value of the ring. True luxury, in our eyes, has never been measured by material possessions, but by experiences — the opportunity to travel, explore, and appreciate the world, and make it a better place. With this perspective, we sought alternatives to traditional diamonds that would reflect our values and align with our goals.

In my search, I discovered lab-grown diamonds — identical to mined ones in beauty, hardness, and durability, but created in an ethical manner without relying on harmful practices. However, finding a retailer or an e-commerce platform that offered non–mass-produced designs and customization at a reasonable price proved challenging. After scouring the Middle East, I found that lab-grown diamonds were limited in availability, and where they were available, the prices were often inflated by brands.

Driven by this realization, my fiancée (now wife) and I decided to step in. We created The Diamond Oasis to offer sustainable, diverse, and reasonably priced diamond jewellery to like-minded individuals and couples. While our foundation is built on lab-grown diamonds, we also understand that some clients have long dreamed of owning a natural diamond. For them, we provide by-request sourcing only, working with trusted first-party partners in Canada to ensure the highest standards of ethics, quality, and transparency.

It became clear that our generation values luxury differently — prioritizing conscious choices, fairness, and authenticity. That’s why every piece we create, whether crafted with lab-grown brilliance or responsibly sourced natural diamonds, is designed to be meaningful, timeless, and true to your values.
