المراجعة: الخاتم وصل بسرعه والتغليف فخم. الألماسة شكلها خيال وجا معها شهادة أصلية، تأكدت منها بنفسي من موقع IGI. بصراحة كنت حريص شوي، شريت عدسة مكبرة وتطابَق الكود تمام. فعلاً شغل نظيف ويستاهل.

طلبت خاتم ٣ قيراط إلى الرياض، ومن أول يوم دعمتني خدمة العملاء بشكل يومي. كانوا يتأكدون من كل التفاصيل: مقاس الخاتم، نوع الألماس، وحتى سألوني إذا راضية عن الرندر للتصميم. لما خلص التصنيع، أرسلوا لي فيديو للخاتم قبل الشحن. من وقت الطلب إلى وصوله لباب بيتي في الرياض أخذ ٥ أيام فقط. التجربة صراحة كانت مؤثرة ومليانة اهتمام وتقدير. حسيت أني عميلة مميزة فعلاً.

بصراحة كنت متردد إني أشتري شي غالي زي خاتم ألماس عن طريق الإنترنت، الموضوع يخوف شوي. لكن صراحة التصاميم عندهم كانت الأفضل وما لقيت مثلها، وهذا اللي شجعني أطلب. كمان عطوني خيار الدفع على دفعتين: عربون صغير وقت الطلب والباقي عند الاستلام نقداً، وهذا خلاني أحس بأمان أكبر. ميشيل كان متواجد أونلاين طول الوقت، حتى بعد ساعات الدوام كان يرد على كل استفساراتي بصبر. يوم وصل الخاتم، زوجتي انبهرت بالهدية وكانت جداً سعيدة. تجربة ما أنساها وإن شاء الله أطلب شي ثاني منهم قريب العيد.

the delivery took a few days longer due to long weekend, but the ring made up for it. the diamond is clean, sparkles beautifully. my fiancé keeps staring at it non stop.

was a bit hesitant to order online but the dubai team was super accomodating. they met me by appointment, showed me diamonds, explained customization options and made me feel comfortable. prices are fair, actually better value than stores in diamond park. overall, really good experience.
